When one of your favorite photographer buddies says he’s never been to see the splendor that is the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, you wake up at the crack of dawn and take all the cameras, prisms and your puppy and head north. Photos of me are by the amazing Chad Michael.
Last year I photographed the most beautiful wedding in Colmar, France, but I also extended the trip to do a little sightseeing with friends. We fell in love with the most magical ancient village called Sartene on the enchanting French island of Corsica. Maybe it’s the rainy and gray April weather in Seattle that has me daydreaming of warmer times, but I’ve definitely caught the travel bug. Now to plan the next adventure!
